3.1. For any defect or missing parts, a 360-degree courier opening video is required. Please provide comprehensive images or videos that clearly depict the issue from all perspectives.

3.2. Without an uncut 360-degree courier opening video, we may be unable to process your refund request.

4. Return Shipping

4.1. No return is required for items with defects or missing parts. However, we may request additional information or documentation to verify the issue.

5. Eligibility for Refund

5.1. Refunds will be processed once the defect or missing parts are verified.

5.2. If the item is no longer in stock or cannot be replaced, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
